When will my order ship?

Each box is custom made to order with a lead time of 2 business days.

This means if you order on a Monday your box will ship by end of business day Wednesday.

We use USP and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our mail carriers. We ship the boxes by Priority Mail (2-7 business days) for

continental U.S. shipments and Puerto Rico (3-7 business days). USPS does not guarantee their shipping times. On August 2021 USPS

announced price increases for the holiday peak season. Starting October 3, 2021 until December 26, 2021.

We have adjusted our shipping prices accordingly for this year.

The mailing address is wrong, can I update it?

Please send us an email at: orders@queemocion.com as soon as you notice and if we haven’t ship your box yet

we will be more than happy to correct it. If the order has shipped, we suggest you reach out to USPS with your tracking

number as they will be the best bet in re-directing a package. Please note we are not responsible for errors when customers

have input an incorrect shipping address, and if returned to us, re-shipment charges will be incurred by the customer.

Do you put receipts in the gift boxes?

Nope. Only the buyer gets an email with the order information and receipt.

Will you spellcheck/edit my messages?

Neither. Card messages are printed and included in the greeting cards as you type them online.

No judgments, no questions, just type your heart away! If you include your name in the note it will show, if not, secret admirer anyone?

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. If you have feedback or issues please let us know by email at orders@queemocion.com and we will try out best to

accommodate you.

Do we do custom orders for business and special events?

We do. Just send us an email with your request and we will be happy to provide you a quote.

Please note, according to the availability and amount of the items you will like in the box we

can provide an estimate delivery of the finished product.
